Federation Structure
How motorsport is organised in Pakistan — every driver races under a club, every club under an association, every association under a federation. Based on the Rally Federation of Pakistan Rule Book v2.0.
The Chain of Sanction

Driver Registration Process
The exact process used at federation events — taken from the JMDC and Thar Desert Challenge registration forms and the TRF rule book.
Driver & Co-Driver Registration
Submit the prescribed form in block letters: full name, age, address, cell number, driving licence number with expiry, NIC number, and whether you have driven a national rally before.
Race Vehicle Registration
Register the car itself: registration number, make, model year, diesel or petrol, class entered (Professional / Production), colour, engine capacity, turbo status, front and rear tyres — and the garage the car is prepared by.
Technical Inspection
The Technical Steward physically verifies the car against the federation checklist before it is allowed to race. Only the Technical Steward or Race Director can disqualify on technical grounds.
Release & Liability Waiver
Driver and co-driver both sign the release and waiver of liability acknowledging the risks of motorsport — no signature, no start.
Mandatory Drivers' Meeting
Attendance is compulsory; missing it costs a 1-second penalty on your overall qualifying time. Starting order for qualifying is decided here.
Qualifying & Race Day
A single-stage qualifying round sets the Stage 1 launch sequence. On race day cars are released individually at timed intervals; every car carries a Time Card stamped in and out of every stage.
Technical Inspection Checklist
Every item is physically checked by the Technical Committee before a car may start.
